What payment types do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards - VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, Money Orders, Paypal payments. Personal checks are accepted.
Purchase orders are accepted via our sales line at 1-647-343-5485 8:00AM - 10.00PM Estern Time .
C.O.D. orders are not offered.

We care about online order security. Shopping at Canadianautoracks.com is safe and secure, we offer the option to pay with your credit card
through PayPal and not to share your information with Canadianautoracks.com. If at any time you feel uncomfortable providing personal information online, please feel free to call one of our sales

How long does it take to make and ship my order?
All equipment we ship all equipment, parts and accessories directly from manufacturer to the address you specified.
All items in store we keep in stock, therefore time for preparation is required. Large items may take an extra day for packing and shipping.
Most orders are packed and shipped within 2-4 days of order confirmation (except weekends and holidays).
Items can be shipped on any weekday, holidays excluded. The UPS and Canada Post sevices do not not operate on Canadian statutory holidays.
How and when will my packages arrive?
All of our products are shipped eather via UPS or Canada Post.
We offer 2 types of shipping: Regular mail, which may take 4-7 business days.
Expedited services, which is trackable and insured, and takes between 5 - 10 days to arrive and is traceable.
Why hasn't my order arrived?
Possible reasons for delays may be the post office, incorrect mailing address, or holidays.
When your order is shipped via regular mail, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
Items shipped via Expedited services are usually delivered within 10 business days, however it may take up to 15 days, depending solely on the post office.
We answer all email inquiries within 24 hours. At times, it does happen that email does not reach it's destination.
If you do not receive a reply from us within 24 hours, please do not hesitate to contact us via the telephone.
